What is the minimum order quantity?
We ship from a minimum of one full reefer container (typically 18–20 tonnes for 10 kg cartons). For new partners, we offer a trial shipment of half a container at standard pricing.
What documentation comes with each shipment?
All shipments include phytosanitary certificate (KEPHIS), GlobalG.A.P. Chain of Custody certificate, commercial invoice, packing list, and digital temperature logs. EU customers also receive EUR.1 movement certificate.
Can we arrange a farm visit?
Yes — we welcome import partners for visits during harvest season (February–November). Please request at least 4 weeks in advance. We can arrange airport pickup from Kilimanjaro International (JRO) and accommodation in Arusha.
Do you offer custom packing and labelling?
We offer custom carton printing with buyer branding for orders of 500+ cartons. Retail sticker application is available for an additional fee. Net weight customisation available for EU retail (5 kg, 3 kg formats).
What is the typical transit time to Europe?
Rotterdam: 22–26 days by reefer container from Dar es Salaam. Hamburg: 24–28 days. Barcelona: 20–23 days. Air freight (JRO to AMS) is available for samples and urgent orders — lead time 2 days.
