Two great varieties.

Both grown above 1,400 metres on the same volcanic soil. Both graded to European supermarket standards. Both available with full phytosanitary documentation and cold-chain traceability from harvest block to container.

Hass Avocado · Grade 1
Variety 01

Hass

"Dense, rich, and creamy — the world's most exported avocado, made exceptional by altitude."

Our Hass avocados are harvested at a dry matter content of 21–28%, ensuring the rich, nutty flavour and dense texture that European and Asian buyers specify. Grown at elevation, our fruit takes longer to mature than lowland varieties — and the extra time is evident in every bite.

We manage four harvest windows across our production zones to provide near-continuous supply from February to October. Post-harvest, fruit is cooled to 6°C within 4 hours of picking and held in our certified cold rooms before packing.

Variety 02

Fuerte

"The original export avocado — smooth green skin, pale gold flesh, a flavour profile that still commands a premium in European foodservice."

Fuerte was the avocado that built the European import trade, and it remains popular among chefs and specialist retailers who value its larger size, milder flavour, and the versatility of its less perishable green skin. Our Fuerte is harvested at 18–22% dry matter for optimal eating quality.

Season runs June through November, with peak export volume in July and August when European and Japanese demand for the variety is strongest. Fuerte is available in bulk 10 kg cartons or in retail-ready 4 kg presentation packs.
